This product contains a total of 1000mg of fish oil. It is high in EPA = 180mg and DHA = 120mg. This product is free of Mercury. Suitable for people with dry eye problems. Usage is 1 or 2 tablets daily or as indicated by your health care provider.

For mild water deficient dry eyes - usage is 2-4 times per day.
